| | Operations Support Professional Sevices Operations Professional Services refer specifically to the outsourcing of the daily operations and management of the Acuité suite back to Vero. Carriers often seek Vero’s Operations Support Professional Services engagements for two reasons: 1. Success Based Engagements. Vero takes full responsibility for operating the system and driving costs out of the network for the term of the success based contract. As the term of the success engagement winds down, operation of the tool may be migrated to carrier personnel. However, the carrier may prefer to take on only a portion of the day to day operation of the solution.
