Vero Systems Provides Services to ITC^DeltaCom’s Additional Network Switches

Howell, NJ--October 7, 2003--Vero Systems, Inc. (http://www.verosystems.com), an industry leader of intelligent operations support systems (OSS) software solutions for the telecommunications industry, today announced that it will expand its software agreement with ITC^DeltaCom (OTC BB: ITCD.OB) to support additional network switches added to the existing ITC^DeltaCom infrastructure as a result of the company’s recent merger with BTI Telecom Corp. (BTI). The October 2003 merger establishes the new ITC^DeltaCom as the southern region's largest competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and solidifies its leadership position in the regional telecommunications industry.

Vero Systems has provided operations support to ITC^DeltaCom for five years, using its AcuRoute and AcuPlan Optimal Routing solutions and the company’s ViewPoint Web-based line provisioning product. Vero Systems anticipates the integration of the existing ITC^DeltaCom network switches with the BTI network switches to begin later this month.
