Global Capacity and Vero Systems Enter Agreement to Provide Customers Comprehensive Network Optimization Solutions

Companies Team Up to Offer Cost-Management Solutions for Both Fixed Network and Variable Switched Access

Chicago and Atlanta (August 20, 2007) - Global Capacity, Inc. (parent: Capital Growth Systems, Inc. - OTC: CGSY.OB), the telecommunications industry's first logistics company, and Vero Systems, Inc., an industry leader in voice switched access cost management, jointly announced today they have entered a teaming agreement to market complementary network optimization solutions to carriers and systems integrators worldwide. Company executives are launching the cross-selling initiative in response to customer requests for cost-reduction/efficiency-enhancing optimization solutions that address both of their biggest network cost drivers.

Global Capacity leverages a fully integrated supply chain management system, including a comprehensive telecommunications knowledgebase continually updated with global telecom supply and pricing data mined from thousands of public and private sources. This global information engine provides the market intelligence needed to provide network optimization solutions, physical and financial, that substantially lower costs and improve network efficiency.
