Vero Systems announces appointment of

Frank B.A. de Bloois as Senior Vice President, International Operations.

Howell, NJ- May 8, 2005 - Vero Systems, Inc. (www.verosystems.com), an industry leader in Margin Assurance solutions for the telecommunications industry, today announced the appointment of Frank B.A de Bloois as Senior Vice President, International Operations. Frank will be responsible to lead Vero's international expansion. Frank has significant experience in traditional carrier relations and bilateral management as well as driving down costs and increasing margins and revenues in a progressive carrier environment.

Prior to joining Vero Systems, Frank was VP, Access Management at Level 3 Communications.    Before that he was VP International Wholesale Voice Services at Global Crossing.   His other work experience comes from various roles at Arbinet-thexchange, Global One and Grant Thornton.
