Vero Systems to Acquire ADC Software Assets

Howell, NJ--October 29, 2002--ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT; www.adc.com) announced today that Vero Systems, Inc. a company engaged in the design, development, sales and support of telecommunications operation support applications, will acquire certain software assets from ADC's Services Fulfillment Division. In addition to software assets, Vero Systems will also assume the customer contracts associated with those products. Some of the assets included in the sale are:
