Vero Systems to Acquire ADC Software Assets
Howell, NJ--October 29, 2002--ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT; www.adc.com)
announced today that Vero Systems, Inc. a company engaged in the
design, development, sales and support of telecommunications operation
support applications, will acquire certain software assets from ADC's
Services Fulfillment Division. In addition to software assets, Vero
Systems will also assume the customer contracts associated with those
products. Some of the assets included in the sale are:
AcuRoute (Automates the process for implementing and maintaining Least Cost Routing)
AcuRate (Generate Optimal Cost Routing Choices Using Detailed Contract Information)
AcuServe (Integrated Quality of Service Management Increases Customer Satisfaction and Saves You Money)
AcuCDR (Comprehensive Analysis for CDRs)
AcuNet (Network Performance Analysis)
Vero System's management team has been involved with the majority of
these products since their inception and has worked together developing
software products for the telecommunications industry since 1985.
