Telarix files lawsuit against
Vero Systems

In Vero’s tradition of being open and honest with its customers, prospects and partners, we feel it’s necessary to disclose the meritless claims by Telarix of patent infringement and to report on the progress of the lawsuit between Telarix and Vero Systems Inc.   A statement by our CEO Brian Cafferty and all relevant background information can be found on this page.   For any further information on this development, please contact Brian Cafferty.

"Telarix's claim of patent infringement is entirely without merit and is an
abuse of the US patent process for anti-competitive purposes. Vero
unequivocally denies any violations of law and is steadfastly protecting
its rights and reputation, including by asserting counterclaims against Telarix.
The Court’s ruling so far confirms that Vero has stated claims against Telarix
and Vero looks forward to proving its claims. Vero highly values the support
of our customers and partners as we move towards fully vindicating our
name and our product set. Vero will continue to compete 'fair and square'
in the marketplace and to provide products with superior features and
capabilities. We will not let Telarix’s baseless accusations interfere with
our mission of serving our customers and partners."

- Brian Cafferty, CEO of Vero Systems, Inc.
